Bev has casual sexual and kink relationships with most of her old friends in the Wingless and the occasional romantic fling. She's close friends with most folks in the Wingless, including Greg. None of her sexual/kink relationships are shown onscreen.
Bev+Greg: Close, long-time friendship.
Eric:
Eric has present and past friendships, sexual kink relationships, intense possibly-romantic relationships, and does not have any family bonds. Eric is not monogamous. His relationships are primarily sexual kink.
Gabriel/Eric: They have a non-monogamous sexual and kink relationship that may or may not be romantic, but is intense and involves deep loyalty to and care for one another.
Eric/Greg: Eric plays a lot of scenes with Greg, including sexual ones, both as a co-bottom and as Greg's top.
Eric+Greta: They're not actually a couple and are not interested in becoming one.
Gabriel:

Greta+Nathaniel: They remain cordially-married friends who are not romantically or sexually interested in one another. Nathaniel does not appear in the book other than as a side mention.
Illa:
Illa has present and past friendships, offscreen family bonds, sexual relationships, romantic relationships and kink relationships. Illa is not monogamous. His relationships are primarily friendships and kink.
Gabriel/Illa: They develop a nonsexual kink relationship under false pretenses. It starts off going well and gets progressively more intense, but is shattered by the revelation that Illa is a faerie spy. Things then turn violent in the bad way. They are not together at the end of the book.
Harry/Illa: They had a very nice casual kink thing going for several years that amicably ended several decades before the story began. Harry does not appear in the book other than as backstory.
Mickey+Illa: By the end of the book, they've become friends.
Shandra/Illa: They had an intense kink relationship and broke up. They remain broken up, and Shandra does not appear in the book other than as backstory.
Thairn/Illa: They develop a dominant-submissive sadomasochistic kink relationship. This expands into sexual play in the epilogue.
Jenna:
Jenna/Michelle: They develop a nonsexual romantic connection that becomes a relationship near the end of the book. Their growing bond and deep care for one another drives a lot of their story arcs.
Mickey+Jenna: Mickey tutors Jenna in ward-casting and theoretical magic. They develop a mentor-student bond.
Lucía&Jenna: Jenna joins Lucía's extra-credit lab and develops a one-sided crush on Lucía, unintentionally further deepened as a result of Lucía's loyalty drug. Lucía is happy to use Jenna's loyalty to further her plans to take over the family, but does not use or reciprocate Jenna's romantic feelings. Jenna no longer has a crush on or loyalty to Lucía by the end of the book.
Lucía:
Lucía has few truly close relationships, friendship or otherwise. She has a difficult time trusting people, and loses respect for people she has sexual or romantic encounters with.
Lucía+Dara: They spend a lot of time together and appear to have a close familial and professional bond on the surface. However, Lucía attempts to drug Dara into loyalty, and Dara is happy to throw Lucía under the bus if it will satisfy her ambitions. They are no longer close at the end of the book.
Lucía&Jenna: Jenna joins Lucía's extra-credit lab and develops a one-sided crush on Lucía, unintentionally further deepened as a result of Lucía's loyalty drug. Lucía is happy to use Jenna's loyalty to further her plans to take over the family, but does not use or reciprocate Jenna's romantic feelings.
